Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Aetna customers via phone, web, or written correspondence
- Engage, consult, and educate customers on Aetna plans, tools, and resources
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document interactions with customers, providers, and plan sponsors
- Build trusting relationships with customers to support their health and well-being
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store
- Ability to work in a production environment and meet performance standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a second or third shift schedule
