Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their mission to empower families. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for callers, handling a high volume of inbound calls and providing support and resources to families and providers in the community.
Responsibilities
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Scheduling appointments and responding to client and provider inquiries
- Providing general information on available community resources
- Accurately gathering details and entering information into various databases
- Managing email communication and updating records
- Assisting providers with questions or requests
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English & Creoleβ Required (read, write, speak)
- Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience, especially with high call volume
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent data entry and typing skills (swift and accurate)
- High reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
- Compassionate, empathetic mindset with a customer-first approach
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues
- Associate Degree preferred
