We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative specializing in email and chat support. In this role, you will interact with customers to recommend products, resolve inquiries, and process orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. The role requires handling a high volume of inquiries, adhering to quality assurance procedures, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Β Provide excellent online customer service via email and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Β Resolve customer inquiries, recommend suitable products, and process orders with attention to detail.
Β Maintain high accuracy and consistency in communications to enhance customer satisfaction.
Β Learn and utilize company software to access listings, customer information, and product data.
Β Contribute to a collaborative team environment while handling repetitive and high-volume tasks.
Requirements
Requirements:
Β High school diploma or GED, with 2-3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Β Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills.
Β Proficient in computer use, including navigating the internet.
Β ASE certification and prior experience in parts counter service or mechanics are a plus but not required.

Shift Details:
Β Work four weekdays from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM (EST).
Β Every Saturday shift from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (EST).
