Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and professional customer service via phone, email, and video calls
Guide clients through their insurance benefit options with clarity and care
Assist customers with policy details, claims processes, and coverage explanations
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with new and existing policyholders
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry standards to provide accurate information
Qualifications:
No previous experience required — comprehensive training provided
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using digital tools (Zoom, email, CRM platforms)
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow
