Shift Options PREMIER Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 7:00am-9:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm β’ Option 1: Monday-Friday 5:00pm-9:00pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm β’ Option 2: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-9:00pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm β’ Option 3: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm β’ Option 4: Monday-Friday 10:30am-9:00pm (1 day off), Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm β’ Option 5: Monday-Friday Morning/Evening Split Shift, Every Third Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm β’ Flexible scheduling opportunity for top performers β’ No Sundays! About the Role β’ Answer inbound calls about our products and services. β’ Understand policies and procedures used for daily operations. β’ Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor. β’ Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting those with less than perfect credit. β’ Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys. β’ Participate in team meetings. Training β’ Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length. β’ Ongoing training opportunities for future success! Pay Base wage starting at $15-$17.50/hr. with opportunities to increase take home pay. β’ Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives. β’ Career path from Associate I to Associate IV β each step earning an increase in pay! β’ Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours. β’ Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential. β’ Flex Scheduling opportunity for top performers.
