About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive merchant growth and customer satisfaction
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and presenting insights to merchants
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in account management, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry
- Knowledge of Amazon's products and services
- Experience with project management tools and software
