Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Assist with product information, order statuses, returns, and troubleshooting
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with customers at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
