Join our team at Workwarp as a Remote Data Analyst - Workflow Systems, where you'll play a key role in delivering valuable data insights and engaging with partners across the organization to drive workflow initiatives. As a member of the Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS, you'll have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking technologies, including iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst with a passion for information and a drive to deliver exceptional results. If you have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and SQL, and are excited about the opportunity to work with a talented team of Data Scientists and Engineers, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain critical workflow tooling at scale
- Deliver valuable data insights and engage with partners across the organization
- Visualize key metrics and progress towards goals as a Dashboard Developer
- Provide insights and visualization expertise as an Analyst for a mature team of Data Scientists and Engineers
- Characterize the current state of the workflow and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
- Solid working knowledge of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve
- Advanced Tableau developer and capable SQL user
- B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery
- Experience in Software Development: knowledge of build pipelines, merging, checking systems and processes, and code delivery
- Product Ownership: experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics
- Project management: ability to plan and drive efforts, working across associate teams towards a unified goal
