Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. REAL Solutions Group is a consulting firm focused on supporting pharmacies, telehealth companies, and drug supply chain facilities in achieving regulatory compliance. They are seeking a Data and Technology Systems Specialist to automate workflows, manage databases, and integrate systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Automation Development: Design, write, and maintain custom scripts (Python, Node.js, or similar) to automate company workflows, integrate software systems, and handle company processes
Database Management: Perform routine maintenance, schema updates, and performance tuning for our internal databases
Data Retrieval: Write complex SQL queries to extract actionable insights for various departments and ensure data integrity across platforms
System Integration: Utilize APIs and code to ensure our tech stack (ERP, CRM, Project Management tools) communicates seamlessly

Skills

1+ years designing or managing no/low-code automations in commercial tools such as Make, Zapier, Monday, Salesforce, and equivalents
1+ years of experience interacting with relational databases (SQL) and/or non-relational databases (NoSQL) as relates to BI tools, professional dashboards, and commercial applications
0-1 years writing and managing back-office automations with custom scripts in a command line or using python, node.js, or equivalents
Familiarity and/or experience with manipulating documents and data in batch
Experience operating in a cloud computing platform (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc)
Demonstrated understanding and respect for enterprise security as it relates to access and data
An interest in the modernization of workstreams that often rely on legacy government technology
