Core Responsibilities Data Entry & Management Data Input & Validation: Enter, update, and maintain information across various databases, spreadsheets, and cloud‑based platforms with a focus on accuracy. Cross‑Referencing & Quality Checks: Compare source documents, flag inconsistencies, and correct errors to uphold data integrity. Organizing & Categorizing: Structure data sets for easy retrieval, applying consistent tagging, naming conventions, and folder hierarchies. Backup & Security: Perform routine backups, follow encryption protocols, and adhere to Skillnex’s data‑security policies.
