About the Role:
- Fully remote role with flexible work arrangement (2 weeks work from home, 1 week in office after 8 weeks of paid training)

Responsibilities:
- Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize Microsoft suite and other software applications to complete tasks
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
