Responsibilities:
- Process flight tickets, verify passenger information, and manage baggage.
- Provide essential flight information, including arrival/departure times, boarding procedures, and passenger assistance.
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as baggage handling and navigating airport terminals.
- Utilize various operational equipment to support airport activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to adhering to company dress code and safety protocols.
- Ability to work under time constraints.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
