Position Overview As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Worknovaq, you will be the guardian of product data, pricing, inventory levels, and other critical information that appears on our digital storefronts. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from a comfortable home office during day or night shifts — whichever fits your natural rhythm. You will join a collaborative team of data professionals, supervisors, and quality‑assurance partners to keep our systems clean, consistent, and ready for consumer interaction. Key Responsibilities Accurately input product details, pricing updates, and inventory quantities into Hirecrafto’s proprietary databases and content‑management tools. Conduct routine verification of newly entered data against source documents, supplier feeds, and internal guidelines to maintain data integrity. Identify discrepancies, flag potential errors, and initiate corrective actions in coordination with the Quality Assurance team. Maintain compliance with Tasknexa’s confidentiality and data‑security protocols, especially when handling sensitive supplier or pricing information. Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team via chat, email, and video calls to meet daily and weekly production targets. Document process improvements, propose workflow enhancements, and share best practices during regular team huddles. Participate in scheduled training sessions, quizzes, and performance reviews to continuously refine accuracy and speed metrics. Provide timely updates to supervisors regarding shift‑related challenges, technical issues, or resource needs. Essential Qualifications Minimum 1‑2 years of proven data‑entry experience, preferably within an e‑commerce, retail, or logistics environment. Exceptional typing speed (≥ 65 WPM) with a 98%+ accuracy rate on alphanumeric and numeric keypad inputs. Strong attention to detail; ability to spot inconsistencies and rectify them without supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new web‑based applications. Reliable high‑speed internet connection (≥ 25 Mbps download) and a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions. Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors across time zones.
