Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Validation: Gather, input, and verify high‑volume product and bundling data from internal systems, suppliers, and external partners.
- Information Architecture Development: Design and maintain logical data schemas, classification structures, and attribute definitions that support scalable bundling initiatives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with merchandising, supply‑chain, marketing, technology, and compliance teams to translate business requirements into precise data specifications.
- Change Management: Execute and document change cycles, ensuring version control and audit trails across multiple platforms and stakeholder groups.

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience creating and managing documentation, data specifications, or bundling strategies in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, lead cross‑functional projects, and resolve complex problems with logical, data‑driven solutions.
- Expertise in documentation best practices, technical writing, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language.
