This is your chance to become part of a world‑class organization that values precision, collaboration, and a forward‑thinking mindset.

Position Summary

arenaflex is seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team on a part‑time, flexible‑hours basis. In this role, you will be the guardian of critical data that fuels our operational decisions, customer service platforms, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will enter, verify, and maintain a wide variety of information—ranging from flight schedules and passenger records to inventory logs and financial entries—ensuring that every datum is accurate, complete, and securely stored.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Capture: Enter high‑volume records into arenaflex’s proprietary and third‑party databases with a minimum accuracy rate of 99.5%.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks, cross‑reference source documents, and resolve inconsistencies before they affect downstream processes.

  • Record Maintenance: Update, amend, and archive existing entries to reflect the most current information, following established data governance policies.

  • Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Communicate with internal teams—including operations, finance, and customer service—to clarify data points and troubleshoot discrepancies.

  • Adherence to Protocols: Follow arenaflex’s data entry procedures, security guidelines, and confidentiality agreements without exception.

  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest refinements to data collection workflows and contribute to the development of best‑practice documentation.

Essential Qualifications

  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 70 words per minute with exceptional accuracy.

  • Detail Orientation: Proven ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in large data sets.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong time‑management capabilities that enable you to meet deadlines in a remote environment.

  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication to interact effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.

  • Technology Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), web‑based data entry tools, and basic database concepts.

Preferred Experience & Additional Skills

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or record‑keeping roles, preferably within a transportation, logistics, or customer‑service context.

  • Knowledge of data validation techniques, such as drop‑down lists, conditional formatting, and automated error checking.

  • Exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.

  • Basic understanding of aviation terminology, travel‑industry regulations, or compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI‑DSS).

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new software applications and learn arenaflex‑specific systems during onboarding.

Work Hours & Remote Set‑Up

This is a part‑time position offering flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle. Expected weekly commitment ranges from 20 to 30 hours, with the freedom to select shifts that align with your personal productivity peaks. All work is performed remotely; you will need a reliable high‑speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a computer that meets arenaflex’s security standards.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

  • Competitive Salary: Market‑aligned hourly compensation complemented by performance‑based incentives.

  • Flexible Schedule: Choose your work hours within agreed coverage windows, supporting work‑life balance.

  • Professional Development: Access to online training modules, webinars, and certification pathways related to data management and aviation operations.

  • Career Advancement: Clear internal pathways to full‑time data analyst, operations coordinator, or quality assurance specialist roles within arenaflex.

  • Employee Discounts: Exclusive discounts on arenaflex travel services, including flight bookings, lounge access, and partner offers.

  • Health & Wellness: Eligibility for group health, dental, and vision plans (available after a 90‑day onboarding period).

  • Community & Culture: Participation in virtual team‑building events, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and corporate social responsibility programs.
