Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Remote Data Process Optimization Consultant to join their Land Acquisition team. This role involves evaluating current data systems and documenting enhancements for streamlined processes and automation opportunities.
- Responsibilities
- Data Vertical Ownership & Governance: Audit and clean datasets (acreage, parcel IDs, agent notes, landowner payments); move from fragmented sheets to single-owner verticals
- Process Mapping: Define the end-to-end data journey from Google Sheets through ArcGIS to Malbek CLM , identifying stakeholder ownership at every stage
- Automation Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Identify manual bottlenecks and implement automated links to ensure real-time data accuracy across the tech stack
- Strategic Advisory: Present professional findings and ROI to leadership, opening the door for larger digital transformation projects
- Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, GIS, or a related field
- Must reside in the United States for compliance and stakeholder alignment
- Proven mastery of ArcGIS, Google Workspace automation (AppScript/Zapier), and CLM systems
- Experience acting as an external advisor who can present 'big picture' roadmaps to executive teams
