As a DataPower Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving success and excellence in our non-APIC DataPower environments. Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Deploy new devices in DataPower environments and troubleshoot common issues
- Work independently to support the full lifecycle of the infrastructure platform
- Manage certificates, firmware updates, and migrate between form factors
- Create and use dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor system health and identify issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement best practice and procedural enhancements
Requirements:
- Experience as a DataPower admin/engineer (no developers)
- Ability to convert without sponsorship (GC or USC)
- Availability for 2-day shift and 1 overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM ET, Tues-Sat night)
- Strong understanding of DataPower infrastructure and APIC experience (a plus)
Bonus Skills:
- API Connect, including APIC v10
- APIC and DataPower on OpenShift / Kubernetes / Cloud Pak for Integration
- Automation capability using shell, python, ansible, or similar
- Dashboarding, reporting, and alerting using Splunk or similar tools
