The role primarily focuses on optimizing digital workflows and ensuring a seamless sales process across various business units to retain revenue streams. Responsibilities β€’ Perform web-based equipment selling functions to transact sales for fully integrated digital equipment portfolio. β€’ Leverage a clear sales process: lead generation, demonstration, closing, and order submission. β€’ Provide trade show booth support as product expert to demonstrate full range of digital equipment. β€’ Act as the central point for all digital workflow leads, ensuring they are effectively routed and managed. β€’ Demonstrate and sell digital equipment, AI-driven tools, software modules, and subscriptions tied to the workflow. β€’ Present the Practice Management System (PMS) workflow to enhance adoption and usability. β€’ Champion bundled sales, including consumables (e.g., resin, blocks) and workflow-specific solutions for design, orthodontics, and implants. β€’ Operationalize synergies between SBUs, ensuring an integrated approach to selling and customer support. β€’ Foster collaboration with highly trained TSMs to optimize resource deployment and maximize sales potential. β€’ Clearly articulate the value proposition of Henry Schein’s digital workflow offerings. β€’ Retain customers post-equipment sale through bundled services, software, and consumables, ensuring ongoing annuity revenue streams. β€’ Utilize the Digital Revenue/Analytics team to gain actionable insights for sales strategies. β€’ Drive key initiatives focused on volume growth and bundled sales success. β€’ Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures including Worldwide Business Standards. β€’ Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments. Skills β€’ Candidates must reside in Central Time or within one hour of CT and be able to travel within the territory. β€’ Sales knowledge β€’ Attention to detail and project management skills β€’ Knowledge of dental software applications β€’ Understanding of clinical and restorative dentistry β€’ Good understanding of industry practices β€’ Proficient with tools, systems, and procedures β€’ Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques β€’ Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task β€’ Good verbal and written communication skills β€’ Good presentation and public speaking skills β€’ Good interpersonal skills β€’ Basic conflict resolution skills β€’ Developing professional credibility β€’ Typically 3 to 5 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. Education Requirements β€’ Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
