Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wellbel is a physician-formulated wellness brand redefining the intersection of health and beauty. They are seeking a talented digital designer to create paid social media assets and landing page designs, playing a key role in the marketing team to help scale the brand. Responsibilities ā¢ Take creative briefs and design high quality social first assets quickly ā¢ Review paid performance reports to understand what is working and what is not ā¢ Create variations and next generation concepts informed by data and learnings ā¢ Ideate net new paid social creative weekly based on persona insights, cultural trends, and platform testing ā¢ Produce static graphics, UGC video style content, and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ā¢ Build storyboards, short scripts, and shot lists for content production ā¢ Iterate assets quickly based on feedback and performance ā¢ Work closely with internal marketing and paid agency teams ā¢ Manage multiple projects with clear organization and prioritization Skills ā¢ Experience in beauty or wellness required. Experience with supplements, ingestibles, or haircare is a strong plus ā¢ Proven ability to move quickly and execute at a high level ā¢ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent ā¢ Ability to edit UGC video content for paid social ā¢ Strong understanding of platform nuances for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ā¢ Comfort presenting ideas and showcasing rationale ā¢ Experience building performance creative systems or frameworks ā¢ Motion graphics skills ā¢ Understanding of persona-based messaging Company Overview ā¢ Wellbel is a manufacturer of hair, skin, and nail supplements.
