Overview Tactive Advisors is a growth-focused RIA platform built for advisors who want to scale using a proven digital sales system and marketing support. We provide the tools, structure, and operational support needed to run a modern advisory business, including AI-enabled operations designed to improve speed, consistency, and scale. This is a full-time opportunity for producing advisors who want leverage and want to close. The Role As a Remote Digital Financial Advisor, you will work inbound opportunities through our marketing system, follow our sales process and selling techniques, and convert prospects into long-term clients. You will operate as an independent contractor while utilizing Tactiveβs platform, resources, and operational support. This is not part-time. This is not a training role. This is for advisors ready to execute. Minimum Requirements Applicants must have: β’ Minimum AUM: $2,000,000 (active, existing client book) β’ Active Series 65 (or equivalent) β’ Active insurance license (life and or annuity) β’ Clean or near-clean ADV with no material disclosures β’ Strong phone and video meeting skills β’ Full-time availability and professional follow-up discipline If you do not meet the Minimum AUM requirement, please do not apply. Responsibilities β’ Work inbound leads and opportunities generated through our marketing system β’ Follow a defined sales process, scripts, and selling framework β’ Conduct client meetings via phone and video β’ Present compliant investment and insurance solutions β’ Close new business consistently and ethically β’ Maintain strong documentation, follow up, and pipeline management What We Provide β’ A proven digital sales system and process β’ CRM, automation, and workflow support β’ Operational support and AI-enabled back-office processes to improve speed and scalability β’ Investment platform and models β’ Marketing support to help drive growth β’ In many cases, we cover or supplement marketing costs depending on performance and fit Compensation β’ Independent contractor (1099) β’ 100% commission-based β’ No cap on earnings β’ Advisors who follow the system can earn $150,000+ annually This Role Is Not For β’ Part-time advisors β’ Advisors without an established book of business β’ Advisors unwilling to follow a defined sales process β’ Advisors with material regulatory disclosures Apply If You are already producing, have a clean regulatory record, and want to scale using a platform that supplies structure, tools, and marketing support while you focus on closing and serving clients.
