Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to analyze multi-channel advertising performance and ensure data accuracy. The role involves monitoring KPIs, auditing tracking setups, and creating visual reports to optimize marketing efforts. Responsibilities β’ Analyze multi-channel advertising performance across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar platforms β’ Extract, clean, and reconcile campaign data to ensure accuracy and consistency β’ Calculate and monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and spend efficiency β’ Compare performance across time periods and against budget and target benchmarks β’ Audit GA4 tracking setups, conversion events, and attribution accuracy using Tag Assistant β’ Build and manage UTM tracking structures and campaign naming conventions β’ Create dashboards, visual reports, and insight summaries using Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Data Studio β’ Develop budget optimization models, cohort analyses, and retention insights using historical data β’ Segment CRM and customer data to generate targeting and optimization recommendations Skills β’ Strong years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or marketing operations β’ Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Sheets β’ Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs and spend tracking β’ Hands-on experience with Excel-based modeling, funnel analysis, and cohort segmentation β’ Familiarity with UTM tracking, tag auditing tools, and attribution model comparisons β’ Exceptional attention to detail in calculations, reporting, and data visualization β’ Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment and meet reporting deadlines Company Overview β’ At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
