The Director of Hotel Level Marketing - Creative Strategy will support Hilton's marketing and creative efforts to ensure hotels capture brand-aligned digital assets and improve marketing performance. Responsibilities β’ Partner on hotel content capture to help ensure quality of content is fit for media use β’ Lead development of training/enablement materials β’ Hotel Level creative testing and optimization β’ Craft compelling narratives that align with brand positioning and drive engagement β’ Identify agency partners for content capabilities within HLM Platform β’ Work with Marketing team to ensure hotel needs are met in creative briefing process for Enterprise hotel shoots β’ Work in a matrixed environment to ensure hotel creative needs are met β’ Help to ensure website governance and guardrails are in place and provide guidance back to properties β’ Performance and storytelling of hotel level content impact β’ Ensuring appropriate training and processes exist for hotels around content β’ Advocating to the Enterprise for the hotel needs Skills β’ Ten (10) years of work experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or creative leadership β’ Proven experience managing multi-channel content strategies, with an eye for creative effectiveness β’ Demonstrated success in leading teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders β’ Travel up to 30% β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration β’ Experience translating business objectives into actionable content strategies β’ Strong understanding of hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands Benefits β’ Go Hilton travel program: 110 nights of discounted travel with room rates as low as $40/night β’ Hilton Shares:
