As a Director of Sales Worldwide Accounts (Group Sales), you will guide account planning strategies, aggregate growth data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive total account value while ensuring client needs are met. Responsibilities β’ Guide the account planning strategy for your accounts to facilitate growth. β’ Aggregate client account-based growth data and evaluate areas of opportunity. β’ Ensure our client's daily needs are met while identifying viable opportunities to improve operational and financial performance through targeted initiatives. β’ Be a subject matter expert in all brands and closing the sale with clients. β’ Generate leads and mine opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental revenue. β’ Collaborate with a cross-functional team including Hilton Direct partnership team members and HWS Sales Specialists to drive total account value and provide total client solutions. β’ Network with business decision-makers and executives to influence positive buying behaviors. β’ Model account-based trends on a cadence (i.e. weekly, quarterly, etc.), compare data with previous years' results and forecast future account-based growth rates. β’ Provide accurate forecasting and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. β’ Understand industry trends that impact customer buying behaviors and offer innovative solutions.
