Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Remote Dispatcher to work from home. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, coordinate service requests, and dispatch jobs to technicians in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities β€’ Answer incoming customer calls quickly and professionally β€’ Gather customer information and create service tickets β€’ Dispatch jobs to technicians based on location, availability, and priority β€’ Communicate with technicians throughout the day to provide updates β€’ Track job progress and ensure timely completion β€’ Update customers regarding arrival times, delays, or follow-up needs β€’ Maintain accurate notes, logs, and daily reports β€’ Provide excellent customer service on every call β€’ Perform basic administrative tasks as needed Requirements β€’ Must have a quiet home workspace β€’ Reliable high-speed internet β€’ Strong communication and customer-service skills β€’ Ability to multitask and stay organized β€’ Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or call center work is a plus β€’ Must be dependable and able to work independently Work Environment β€’ 100% remote (work from home) β€’ Phone system and software will be provided β€’ Flexible hours may be available depend Work Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $7.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
