They are seeking a highly experienced Teamcenter Architect/Lead Developer to architect and develop advanced Teamcenter-based solutions that support product data management and enterprise-wide interoperability. Responsibilities β’ Lead the design, governance, and development of enterprise-wide digital architectures. Your primary focus will be PLM architectures, with Siemens Teamcenter at the core β’ Architect scalable and secure Teamcenter solutions that support automated AWS Gov Cloud deployments β’ Define and develop Teamcenter information models, classification schemas, workflows, and change management structures using BMIDE and Active Workspace β’ Integrate Teamcenter with external systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MES, Cameo, CAD tools like SolidWorks or Creo) using SOA, ITK, T4x, and/or Teamcenter Gateway β’ Guide configuration and customization efforts to align with enterprise-wide data governance, USAF cyber and engineering/manufacturing compliance, and traceability requirements within the DevSecOps delivery pipeline β’ Develop/Implement Teamcenter deployment strategies that support historical data lineage, product baselining, variant management, and digital thread continuity β’ Establish metadata strategies, master data alignment, and taxonomy structures within the Teamcenter ecosystem β’ Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and engineering leaders to map Teamcenter capabilities to business outcomes β’ Provide strategic consultation on cloud-readiness and containerized deployment models for Teamcenter (e.g., via AWS, Azure) β’ Lead technical efforts for new business proposals, including architecture visioning, capability demonstrations, and white papers β’ Deliver documentation and architectural artifacts including data models, interface specifications, and solution blueprints β’ Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and support Agile/DevSecOps delivery models β’ Champion best practices in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and product lifecycle traceability through Teamcenter integrations β’ Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded β’ Identify and forward to your leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area β’ Participate in growth efforts as requested β’ Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction β’ Completes personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on) β’ Within your program, build productive and positive professional relationships with clients β’ Execute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the contract specific LCAT and requirements Skills β’ Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance β’ Bachelor's degree with 12β15 years of experience or Master's degree with 10β13 years of experience in Teamcenter/PLM enterprise architecture and development β’ Active DoD Directive 8570 IAT I or II certification (Security+ or equivalent) (Or candidate must obtain Security + certification within the first 90 days of hire.) β’ Proven track record architecting and developing complex Teamcenter solutions across large, multi-stakeholder organizations β’ Demonstrated experience with BMIDE, Active Workspace configuration, and PLM process modeling β’ Expertise in Teamcenter core modules (e.g., Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, Change Management, Product Configurator) β’ Strong experience with Teamcenter integrations to 3D CAD platforms, ERP, and MES, including interface architecture and data synchronization β’ Deep understanding of enterprise information models, PLM data lifecycles, and digital thread concepts β’ Knowledgeable on principles, and implementation of IT automation and orchestration in a Teamcenter implementation β’ Successful leadership of strategic architecture initiatives aligned with engineering and digital transformation roadmaps β’ Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, or similar EA frameworks β’ Experience deploying or migrating Teamcenter in cloud or hybrid environments β’ Familiarity with data lake architectures, digital twin frameworks, and event-driven integrations with PLM systems β’ Hands-on experience with Teamcenter-related tools such as TcIC, T4x, or Polarion ALM β’ Advanced proficiency with modeling languages and tools (e.g., UML, ER, SysML) and PLM data governance principles β’ Experience with USAF programs and ways of working β’ Experience with IT automation tools such as Python, Ansible etc β’ Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) strategies and integration with enterprise information systems Benefits β’ Health and wellness programs β’ Income protection β’ Paid leave β’ Retirement and savings Company Overview β’ EXPANSIA is a leader in business strategy design, development and execution, and technology integration for defense organizations.
