    Better for you, food manufacturer is hiring a high-impact Performance Marketing Manager/Director to serve as the connective tissue between eCommerce and Brand Marketing - ensuring our digital investments work together to drive retail velocity, Amazon growth, and emerging commerce channels like TikTok Shop. This role would report to our Chief Commercial Officer with strong partnerships alongside our Brand Marketing Team, eCommerce Director, and VP of Shopper Marketing. This role will own day-to-day strategy and execution leadership across paid performance media and retail media networks through agency partners. You will translate performance insights across channels into cohesive growth strategies, push creative testing velocity, and ensure digital media directly supports our retail and marketplace sales objectives.   • Performance Strategy & Channel Integration
  • Own performance marketing strategy and spend across paid social (Meta/Instagram, TikTok), retail media networks (Target Roundel, Albertsons Media Collective, Walmart Connect and Instacart), and TikTok Shop.
  • Serve as the internal conduit between Brand, Ecommerce, and Shopper Marketing - ensuring full-funnel
  • alignment across awareness, conversion, and retail velocity-driving media.
  • Translate cross-channel performance insights into actionable growth recommendations across Amazon, retail media, and paid social.
  • Support revenue growth objectives across retail, Amazon and TikTok Shop
  • Agency Leadership & Execution
  • Co-own the relationship with the digital media agency managing paid social, media and retail media investments.
  • Set channel priorities, testing roadmaps, performance benchmarks, and optimization goals with agency partners.
  • Sit in on Amazon agency meetings as the internal performance advisor, providing strategic input on advertising, creative testing, and budget allocation.
  • Ensure agencies are driving velocity, understanding goals, and striving for continuous improvement.Creative Testing & Performance Enablement
  • Partner closely with Brand and Creative teams to push performance-driven creative ideation, testing, an iteration across channels.
  • Own creative testing frameworks across paid channels, retail media, PDPs, and TikTok Shop content.
  • Ensure creative execution ladders into performance insights and retail conversion goals and lead testing cycles.
  • Advocate for and create briefs for bold testing and rapid iteration across formats (UGC, video, statics, PDP modules, shopable video).
  • Measurement, Insights & Optimization
  • Own performance reporting cadences, dashboards, and readouts across paid social, retail media, Amazon advertising (in partnership), and TikTok Shop.
  • Analyze results across channels and translate into investment recommendations, creative pivots, and growth strategies.
  • Support forecasting, budget pacing, and performance modeling.
  • Champion test-and-learn culture and continuous optimization.
  • Growth Channel Development
  • Help scale TikTok Shop as an emerging commerce channel through paid media, creator partnerships, and content optimization.
  • Identify new performance formats, retail media opportunities, and acquisition levers across platforms.
    Experience and Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, ecommerce, or paid media roles.
  • Proven success in rapidly scaling ecommerce channels, ideally for a CPG brand
  • Hands-on experience across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok) and digital commerce environments.
  • Experience managing agencies or cross-functional partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy and action.
  • Experience working in omnichannel, food, CPG, or DTC environments preferred.
  • Creative thinker with performance mindset - comfortable pushing bold testing agendas.
  • Highly collaborative operator who thrives at the intersection of Brand, Ecommerce, and Shopper Marketing.
  • Position will be based on the East Coast - will require occasional travel to NY office.
  • Travel requirements will vary as business needs change, but up to 15% of travel is expected including attending in-person company meetings.

Compensation package includes a range of $130k - $150k base, bonus, EQUITY and Employer Paid Benefits!
