Job Description

They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Employment Litigation Attorney with a strong focus on Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters to manage high-impact employment litigation cases.
- Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a caseload of PAGA and wage & hour litigation matters
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and court proceedings (remote and in-person as needed)
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on California Labor Code compliance
- Collaborate with a remote legal team, including associates and support staff
- Stay current with evolving labor laws and PAGA developments
- Skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
- Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on PAGA
- Deep understanding of California wage & hour laws and class/representative action practice
- Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Based in California with the ability to attend in-person proceedings as needed
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management
