Litigation Attorney | Up to $185K | California License Required Fully remote role for California-licensed attorneys with manageable billables and strong partner support This Litigation Attorney role is fully remote but requires active licensure to practice law in California. It is ideal for attorneys with 3+ years of civil litigation experience and a background in employment law who want to manage their own cases without sacrificing balance. Why You Should Apply • Base salary up to $185K plus performance-based bonuses • Fully remote role for attorneys licensed in California • Reduced 1,400-hour billable requirement for qualifying attorneys • Direct ownership of cases with partner-level mentorship What You’ll Do • Manage employment and healthcare litigation matters from intake through resolution • Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery • Draft and argue motions, including Motions for Summary Judgment • Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings • Work directly with clients while collaborating with senior attorneys What You’ll Need • J.D. from an accredited law school • Active California Bar license in good standing • 3+ years of civil litigation experience with an employment law background • Experience managing your own cases, including discovery • Motion practice experience, including Summary Judgment motions • In-court experience preferred Ready to Apply?
