They are seeking an Employment Litigation Paralegal to handle heavy drafting and litigation work while coordinating case management and supporting attorneys. Responsibilities β’ Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, motions, and mediation/settlement materials β’ Coordinate and manage case deadlines, calendars, filings, e-service, and litigation documentation in cloud systems β’ Work directly with clients to gather information and prepare discovery responses β’ Review and summarize employment agreements, contracts, and key case documents β’ Support attorneys with legal research and case strategy execution β’ Assist with deposition prep, mediation prep, settlement packages, and billing support β’ Keep cases moving proactively with clear communication and strong follow-through Skills β’ 5+ years of overall legal experience (paralegal/litigation support) β’ 2+ years of California employment litigation experience (recent, hands-on) β’ Strong drafting skills (pleadings, discovery, motions support) β you can produce attorney-level work product β’ Experience across employment matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and class/PAGA exposure β’ Highly organized, responsive, and able to run independently with minimal training β’ Comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment using modern legal tech β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office β’ Clio experience strongly preferred β’ Spanish fluency is a plus Benefits β’ Dental insurance β’ Paid time off β’ Retirement plan β’ Vision insurance Company Overview β’ As a nimble and technology-driven boutique recruiting firm, we are adept at adapting swiftly for success.
