They are hiring an Engineering Technician to join their Aviation team, playing a key role in supporting project delivery through documentation management, communication, scheduling, and coordination across technical teams. Responsibilities β€’ Maintain organized project files, drawings, and client documentation in accordance with company standards. β€’ Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. β€’ Review and proofread technical documents and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. β€’ Support quality control efforts by tracking revisions, compiling redline comments, and ensuring all deliverables are properly reviewed before submittal. β€’ Manage data entry and project information in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other systems as directed. β€’ Prepare presentation materials, reports, and meeting summaries for internal and client use. β€’ Assist with and maintain up-to-date documentation of workflows and procedures. Skills β€’ 1–5 years of project support experience in an engineering, construction, or technical environment preferred. β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D a plus. β€’ Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through on assigned tasks. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative team environment. β€’ Experience working with technical documentation, plans, or specifications is highly desirable. β€’ Basic understanding of engineering or design processes a plus but not required.
