They are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle across mid-market and enterprise accounts, focusing on selling to legal and compliance stakeholders. Responsibilities β’ Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close (no inbound motion yet) β’ Sell into legal, compliance, and risk teams at mid-market and enterprise companies β’ Close: β’ Mid-market deals (3β6 months, ~$75k ACV) β’ Enterprise deals (6β12 months, up to ~$350k ACV) β’ Position AI-driven compliance technology through consultative, value-based selling β’ Build trusted relationships with senior legal and compliance decision-makers β’ Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to refine GTM strategy β’ Represent the company at relevant legal, compliance, and industry conferences Skills β’ Prior experience selling into legal teams or within the legal / legaltech ecosystem β’ Ability to speak the language of legal and compliance stakeholders β’ Understanding of regulatory workflows β’ Experience in consultative selling in complex environments β’ Ability to own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close β’ Experience selling into legal, compliance, and risk teams at mid-market and enterprise companies β’ Ability to close mid-market deals (3β6 months, ~$75k ACV) β’ Ability to close enterprise deals (6β12 months, up to ~$350k ACV) β’ Ability to build trusted relationships with senior legal and compliance decision-makers β’ Ability to partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to refine GTM strategy β’ Ability to represent the company at relevant legal, compliance, and industry conferences Benefits β’ Equity: Meaningful early-stage equity β’ Work with cutting-edge AI in a fast-scaling legaltech business β’ Join a small, elite founding team with strong backing and ambitious growth plans Company Overview β’ Welcome to ePlacement, we are specialist recruiters for the Enterprise Software Industry, servicing high growth enterprise SaaS pre-IPOβs across EMEA, North America and Emerging Markets.
