Higher Research Recruiting is seeking experienced Enterprise Account Executives for a client who is a leader in user and market research. The role involves driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the enterprise market segments while collaborating with a team of Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers. Responsibilities β’ Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated account β’ Manage the end to end sales process β’ Understand market research initiatives to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences and competitive positioning β’ Lead solution discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand their pain points and goals, positioning our SaaS offerings as solutions that deliver measurable values β’ Maintain a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation while being able to generate short term results β’ Manage contract negotiations and renewal processes with enterprise clients, working closely with legal and finance teams while adhering to company policies and objectives Skills β’ 5-7 Years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience β’ Direct experience and success selling technology to enable market research and / or UX research β’ Successful history of net new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets in the SaaS/technology sector β’ Experience managing the sales cycle from prospect to close β’ Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles and demonstrated ownership of all aspects of account management β’ Previous Sales Methodology training (MEDDICC), Sales Navigator & CRM experience β’ University Degree β’ Direct experience selling community, social, CRM or customer feedback platforms is desirable Company Overview β’ HIGHER is a unique recruiting agency, specializing in market research and market research based consulting.
