The role involves supporting attorneys with entity formation and management, as well as evaluating and rationalizing the current entity structure. Responsibilities β’ Supporting attorneys with entity formation and management, including international subsidiaries β’ Support the evaluation of their current entity structure and provide recommendations, as needed, to rationalize these entities β’ Support any reconciliation efforts between entities pertaining to processes or legal structure Skills β’ Experience in entity formation and management β’ Knowledge of international subsidiaries β’ Ability to evaluate entity structures and provide recommendations β’ Experience with reconciliation efforts between entities Company Overview β’ Legalpeople is a dedicated legal staffing company located in Atlanta GA.
