Responsibilities Work remotely with a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) Use warm, inbound leads—absolutely no cold calling Collaborate with a team and get support from experienced mentors Operate independently with self-discipline and integrity Help families secure protection plans tailored to their financial needs Skills Must be US citizen & have Permanent Residency A self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented individual Strong desire to succeed, grow, and make an impact Comfortable working independently without micromanagement Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Training and mentorship by our most experienced/qualified leaders
