Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Carrington Holding Company, LLC is seeking an ESR Advance Facility Analyst I to join their remote team. This role involves reconciling and reporting service fees, advances, and recovery activity while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using Excel, for internal and external use Analyze results to ensure accuracy satisfying all requirements of investor guidelines Prepare timely remittances adhering to agency and investor guidelines Reconcile bank account recovery activity of PI, Corporate, Escrow advances and service fee applicable to agency requirements while adhering to Reg. AB standards Prepare and/or process advance facility transfers, wires, funding and repay requests Perform other duties as assigned Skills High school diploma or equivalent work experience required A minimum of one (1) year of Advance Facility or Investor Reporting experience Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred Benefits Comprehensive healthcare plans for you and your family.
