As an ETL Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of processes to import and standardize claims data to support the fight against Fraud Waste and Abuse for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Responsibilities • Design, code, test, debug, document, and implement changes to new and existing solutions • Validate incoming data submissions • Perform unit testing of code to assure the delivery of a product that meets the user's specifications • Provides technical advice to technical leads, assisting them with high level planning and bolthires justifications • Leads project efforts, ensuring project requirements and timelines are met • Work with the end user analysts developing the requirements of the Data Warehouse solution • Work with Business analysts to validate processes of test cases • Maintain documentation related to the data pipeline, quality procedures and business rules, workflows, source to bolthires mappings and architectural diagrams Skills • Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of technical experience • Experience in data manipulation language, preferably Python and SQL programming or other high level languages • Experience working as a member of a Scrum development team • Must be able to work closely with all project stakeholders • A demonstrated ability to learn and acquire new technologies as needed • Masters degree • 25+ years of technical experience • Previously supported CMS CPI • Healthcare Data modeling, understanding of data structures • Claims processing knowledge • Code repositories i.e.
