Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Criteria Corp is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrator to support their President & Chief Revenue Officer. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless scheduling, coordination, and communication across customer and internal team interactions. Responsibilities β’ Manage a dynamic and complex calendar, ensuring alignment of priorities across internal and external stakeholders. β’ Coordinate and schedule customer meetings, internal team meetings, and cross-functional touchpoints. β’ Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and anticipate needs. β’ Capture key action items and ensure timely follow-up and accountability. β’ Collaborate with internal teams to streamline coordination of projects, events, and deliverables. β’ Maintain organization of documents, contracts, and records. β’ Assist with special projects, research, and presentations as required. β’ Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all matters. Skills β’ 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership. β’ Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs. β’ High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. β’ Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn about the SaaS industry and our business model. β’ Experience in the SaaS industry. β’ Familiarity with project management tools.
