Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural food tech and eCommerce company specializing in gut, digestive, and microbiome health supplements. They are seeking a Creative Project Manager responsible for cross-platform creative concept ideation and data-driven variation testing for ads on paid social.
- Responsibilities
- Pitching creative concepts across multiple platforms
- Briefing creative team (Producers, copywriters, graphic designers and Video Editors) and managing workflow of creative production from beginning to end
- Understanding of key performance drivers (retention, CTR, etc.) to create high-impact, data-driven variations
- Working creatively and analytically in a fast growing business
- Feedbacking the team
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate in market research projects
- Skills
- Previous experience with digital media campaigns
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience creating social media ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Understanding of key social media trends
- Understanding of key social media performance metrics
- Managing and dealing with external suppliers
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in organizing work efforts across teams
- Ability to work cross-culturally
- Ability to work in a virtual work environment
- Background in B2C marketing
