The Family Office & Investor Relations Specialist will manage investor relations, coordinate webinars, and track leads, while reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with various departments. Responsibilities • Dive into LinkedIn inboxes on CEO & executive accounts: Respond with charm, escalate wins, log leads in Microsoft Dynamics • Spot new content/posts from AlphaHub/Konzortia: Repost, comment brilliantly, share to groups for max buzz • Track fresh leads in Dynamics: Send instant sparkly responses, kick off follow-ups • Handle urgent team vibes: Turn requests into Asana tasks for smooth flow • Add 10-20 elite contacts (investors, family offices) to LinkedIn networks • Capture sprint meeting magic into detailed Asana tasks for the team • Team up with marketing for irresistible weekly newsletters • Oversee email campaigns: Verify with AI, track opens/responses, enforce multi-touch funnels • Compile weekly metrics (engagements, leads) & review with leadership • Blast invites to follow our LinkedIn pages • Clean up old invites for a fresh, focused network • Co-create investor updates with marketing • Audit & refresh docs, templates, landing pages • Report big-picture results + reverse-engineer goals (e.g., outreaches needed for wins) • Repost + amplify instantly • Send invites, reminders, post-event thank-yous & list adds for webinars • Log, follow up relentlessly, reschedule as needed for leads/meetings • Send forms/wires, update caps, celebrate for closes • Update templates, create Asana tasks, ensure team access for changes/requests Skills • 1-2+ years in admin, coordination, social media, sales support, or client-facing roles (e.g., real estate, events, startups) — we train you fully! • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM (e.g., Dynamics/HubSpot), Asana, or similar tools • Sparkling communication: Warm, professional writing & verbal skills • Organized, proactive, detail-obsessed with a love for high-energy networks • U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship initially) • Reliable tech setup for remote work + occasional travel • Experience in finance, investing, family offices, or capital markets • Social media savvy (LinkedIn growth, content sharing) • Event coordination or webinar support • CRM/task tool whiz (Asana, Dynamics, DocuSign) • Video editing basics (Loom/Canva) for quick content Benefits • Travel stipend for luxe events/dinners • Pro dev budget • 1:1 mentorship with CEO/execs Company Overview • Konzortia Capital is a next-generation FinTech holding company transforming the private capital markets through Alpha Suite—a suite of integrated platforms powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain technology.
