Wycliffe Bible Translators USA is a faith-based organization dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to the Bible in their own language. As a Field Coordinator, you will develop project plans, build relationships with field partners, and monitor translation projects to ensure their timely completion. Responsibilities Develop project plans according to our project models and guidelines Build and maintain relationships with field partners, leaders, stakeholders and others Participate in strategic planning discussions with the global partnership team Communicate with other departments and share with donors about projects Monitor projects and ensure timely completion of reports to move projects toward completion Skills You have one year of experience in administration or project management You have one year of cross-cultural work experience You enjoy building relationships with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds You are a detail-oriented team player who is eager to learn new things You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in cross-cultural settings You are excited to fully support our vision, mission, values and strategies You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification) You are legally authorized to work in the U.S You are anchored in God's Word and committed to your faith You strive for unity and collaboration You take initiative and pursue excellence with humility and confidence You face change with courage and curiosity as God opens doors Benefits Health insurance Worker’s compensation insurance Wycliffe assessment Company Overview Wycliffe BibleTranslators USA is a non-profit language translation agency that helps people get the Bible in a language they can understand.
