Crete Professionals Alliance is seeking a seasoned Financial Office Administrative Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of a growing RIA platform. This role involves managing custodial platforms, compliance coordination, and client service operations, all aimed at ensuring smooth operations for advisors and leadership.

    Responsibilities
  • Custodial platform management (Schwab Advisor Center specifically)
  • Compliance coordination with external consultants (ADV filings, annual reviews, regulatory correspondence)
  • Client service operations (onboarding, account maintenance, service requests)
  • Technology stack administration (CRM, portfolio management system, document management)
  • Process documentation and SOP creation
  • Internal workflow and project tracking across Cross Financial and Crete partner firms
    Skills
  • Financial services operations professionals with 5+ years of experience
  • Self-directed, highly organized individuals who excel in remote environments
  • Strong communicators who can manage client and internal interactions confidently
  • Professionals who enjoy building structure, improving workflows, and ensuring execution
  • Someone who wants to be indispensable, not interchangeable
  • Schwab Advisor Services experience
  • Tools or Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Advyzon experience
  • RIA or financial planning operations background
  • Client service experience in advisory environments
