Director of Remote Coaching (Founding Role) – GISFW

Location: Remote
Base Salary: $75,000 + performance bonuses
Total Comp Potential: $95K–$150K+ as division scales

Online fitness coaching, remote coaching, corrective exercise, mobility specialist, strength coach, transformation coach, subscription coaching, program design.

About GISFW

Get In Shape For Women (GISFW) is building a structured, measurable transformation platform designed to empower women through transformation.

We are launching a scalable remote coaching division built on measurable outcomes, retention discipline, and leadership development.

This is a founding leadership role.

You will build the first remote unit, then hire, develop, and lead coaches as we scale nationally and globally.

The Role

Phase 1 – Builder
You will personally build and coach the first 200–250 remote members while refining systems, workflows, and retention standards.

Phase 2 – Leader
As the division grows, you will hire and develop coaches, protect coaching quality, and oversee division performance.

This is not a content creator role.
This is not a side-hustle coaching job.
This is a division-building leadership opportunity.

    What You’ll Do
  • Build and coach the first remote unit (up to 250 members)
  • Deliver structured feedback using our Transformation Score™ system
  • Protect retention and measurable results
  • Create SOPs that allow scale without quality loss
  • Hire and develop remote coaches
  • Maintain KPI discipline (churn, score compliance, retention)
  • Be comfortable on camera (potential public-facing leader)
    What We’re Looking For
  • Strong strength training and body transformation background
  • Experience coaching remotely
  • Ability to manage time and systems
  • Leadership mindset (not just execution)
  • Clear communicator, confident on camera
  • Data-driven decision maker
    Bonus if you’ve:
  • Managed other coaches
  • Built scalable programs
  • Worked inside a subscription coaching model
    Compensation
  • Base Salary: $75,000
  • Performance bonuses tied to:
  • Active member growth
  • Retention & churn
  • Division revenue
  • Coach development

Path to $150K+ as division scales to 5+ coaches.

Compensation increases only when division performance increases.
