- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations, fare structures, and industry trends.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and efficient service.

- Utilize reservation systems and booking software to process transactions.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to service level agreements.

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel, tourism, or a related field is a plus.

- Prior experience in airline reservations, travel agencies, or customer service is preferred.

- Proficiency in using global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.

- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Experience:
