The role focuses on mentoring senior leaders, driving operational success, and leading change initiatives to build a high-performing culture. Responsibilities β’ Mentor Senior Leaders: Provide structured executive coaching to unlock potential, improve decision-making, and foster team collaboration β’ Drive Operational Success: Implement strategies that achieve efficiency, align with goals, and support sustainability β’ Lead Change: Guide initiatives to build an inclusive, high-performing culture while aligning leadership strategies with business priorities Skills β’ 5+ years in VP/C-suite roles or equivalent senior leadership experience β’ Proven expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and business operations β’ Exceptional communication & influencing skills β’ Strong understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and compliance (a plus) β’ Bachelor's degree required β’ Advanced degree preferred Company Overview β’ Stanley House Consulting employs and sources change management professionals to the banking, finance, insurance and corporate sectors; Program Managers, Project Managers and Project Teams.
