Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sitreps Talent is a boutique recruiting firm specializing in high-intellect leaders for Defense Technology and Private Equity sectors. The Full-Cycle Recruiter will be responsible for screening and qualifying candidates, managing the candidate pipeline, and running outbound sourcing campaigns as needed, while receiving mentorship from the founding team. Responsibilities Screen and vet inbound candidates via phone and video, assessing them against specific profile requirements for each search Run outbound sourcing campaigns as needed for searches with specific geographic or professional requirements Learn and apply our filtering criteria to evaluate candidates — assessing career trajectory, education, post-MBA rigor, leadership indicators, and cultural fit for each role Manage the candidate pipeline in Greenhouse, keeping data clean and statuses current Present qualified candidates to the founding team with clear, concise written assessments Coordinate candidate communication — scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates throughout the process Work across all active searches simultaneously, spanning defense tech, PE portfolio companies, and adjacent industries Skills 1–3 years of recruiting experience at a staffing or recruiting agency — boutique agency experience preferred; you should have worked in an environment where you managed multiple searches across different clients, not exclusively in a large corporate or in-house recruiting function Comfort with high-volume phone and virtual screening Foundational outbound sourcing skills — Boolean search, LinkedIn, and a willingness to get creative when a search demands it Experience recruiting for operational, sales, or go-to-market roles is a plus (not primarily technical or IT recruiting) Excellent written and verbal English communication Hungry, coachable, and self-directed — you want to grow, you take feedback well, and you don't need someone watching you to stay productive Genuine enthusiasm for helping U.S. military veterans and respect for the defense community and its mission Available to work East Coast U.S. business hours, Monday through Friday Experience with Greenhouse ATS or a similar applicant tracking system Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Familiarity with defense, aerospace, management consulting, or PE-backed company recruiting Interest in or exposure to MBA-level career trajectories and post-military career paths Understanding of the defense/military industry and/or private equity operations — candidates who can speak this language will ramp faster and screen more credibly U.S. military veteran or military spouse — strongly preferred Benefits Performance-based bonuses tied to qualified candidates submitted and successful placements Top performers earn significantly more Ground-floor opportunity at a fast-growing firm Company Overview It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
