The role involves leading end-to-end testing for healthcare applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing testing activities across multiple projects. Responsibilities β’ Lead and execute end-to-end testing for healthcare and claims-related applications. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Scrum and PI Planning sessions to define test strategies and acceptance criteria. β’ Manage testing activities across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. β’ Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment on test plans, execution, and defect management. β’ Utilize JIRA for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting. β’ Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. β’ Ensure compliance with healthcare domain standards and data privacy regulations during testing. β’ Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution. β’ Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to automation initiatives where applicable.
