- Conduct structured discovery conversations with prospective clients
- Support individuals on their leadership development journeys
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline client engagement
- Operate independently while collaborating with a high-performing global team
- Skills
- Experienced executives, leaders, coaches, mentors, or professionals in personal development
- Strong communicators with the ability to inspire and build trust
- Self-motivated individuals with a growth mindset
- Passionate about growth, contribution, and conscious success
- Minimum 10 years' experience in leadership, coaching, business development, or a related field
