Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talent Hackers is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with deep direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce experience. The role involves creating compelling visual content across Amazon listings, email campaigns, and digital advertising to drive conversions and build the brand. Responsibilities β’ Design high-converting Amazon product listings including main images, lifestyle photos, infographics, and A+ Content β’ Create comparison charts, feature callouts, and product photography enhancements that comply with Amazon's guidelines β’ Optimize product imagery for mobile and desktop viewing β’ Design storefront headers and brand store layouts β’ Design engaging email templates and campaign assets for promotional sends, abandoned cart sequences, and nurture flows β’ Create email headers, banners, product showcases, and CTA graphics β’ Ensure designs are optimized for various email clients and mobile devices β’ Collaborate with marketing team on seasonal campaigns and product launches β’ Design static ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Display, and other paid channels β’ Create ad variations for A/B testing β’ Develop eye-catching graphics that stop the scroll and drive clicks β’ Adapt creative across different ad formats and dimensions β’ Maintain and evolve brand visual identity across all customer touchpoints β’ Create templates and design systems for scalable content production β’ Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while optimizing for conversion Skills β’ 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in DTC or e-commerce environment β’ Proven experience designing Amazon product listings with demonstrated results in conversion optimization β’ Portfolio showcasing email design work and static digital ads β’ Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) β’ Strong understanding of DTC marketing funnels and customer journey β’ Experience with conversion-focused design principles β’ Knowledge of Amazon listing requirements and best practices β’ Understanding of email design constraints and best practices β’ Ability to create designs optimized for various digital ad platforms β’ Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communications skills β’ Ability to work full-time EST aligned β’ Experience with Figma or Sketch β’ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email β’ Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESP platforms β’ Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) β’ Understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimization β’ Knowledge of accessibility standards in digital design β’ Experience with product photography or retouching β’ Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or lifestyle brands Company Overview β’ Scale your operations effectively with our network of skilled international remote talent.
