As a Growth Coach for Executives, you will guide senior leaders to achieve their personal and professional best by conducting virtual coaching sessions and creating tailored growth plans.
- Responsibilities
- Conduct confidential, one-on-one virtual coaching sessions
- Assess client needs and co-create tailored growth plans
- Deliver actionable feedback and challenge clients constructively
- Track progress against goals and adjust approaches as necessary
- Support a diverse range of leaders across industries
- Skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or a closely related field
- Deep knowledge of leadership, organizational dynamics, and business growth
- Outstanding communication, empathy, and facilitation skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC)
- Master's degree or MBA
