Job Title: Remote Growth Marketing Engineer - $140-$160k (Agentic AI, Claude)
Salary: $140-$160k Base + Benefits, 401k

Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.
Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.
We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.
- Due to growth, we are hiring a hiring a Remote Growth Marketing Engineer with the following experience:
- B2B SaaS Demand Gen expertise
- AI Fluency with agentic AI, specifically Claude, Clay, Zapier, Make, etc.
- Technical building experience Job Duties
- Own our entire growth marketing strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
- Drive measure pipeline and revenue vs MQLs
- Genuine AI fluency. Not using ChatGPT for marketing content, build agents, automation workflows, connecting systems, and using AI as a force multiplier across the entire marketing org
- Technical builder. Wire up integrations, build out automation, workflows, and prototype solutions without engineering
- Work closely with the VP Marketing, VP of Sales, and Founder Top Reasons to Work with Us
